JOB OPENING
Administrative Assistant
- Assist the management in clerical tasks such as scheduling, encoding, sending emails, answering phone calls, organizing files, etc.
- Ensure technical issues and other system-related concerns will be coordinated and resolved timely with the provider.
Computer Teacher
- Deliver appropriate curriculum to students in accordance with the assigned instructional materials.
- Update and communicate consistently with Curriculum Support Officers regarding school and training related concerns.
Computer Technician / I.T. Support
- Repair and maintain computers and servers.
- Install and update software packages.
- Coordinate regularly with the Technical Supervisor regarding updates on client’s concerns and other important matters.
CSO Admin Assistant
- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the department.
- Work with CSO-coordinator and marketing team in communicating and relaying information to the client through email, phone/text messages, and messenger.
- Respond to curriculum inquiries (e-mail, phone/text messages, messenger) and communicate the concerns to the CSO-coordinator.
Curriculum Support Officer/Computer Trainer
- Facilitate Information Technology skills training and provide consultation on the latest software used primarily in IT and Education.
- Organize activities and programs for skill development of teachers and students.
- Customer service officer for curriculum department.
HR Assistant
- Facilitate end-to-end recruitment process from role planning and sourcing to interviewing and onboarding.
- Assist in implementing strategies for company branding.
- Support all internal and external HR-related inquiries.
Marketing Officer
- Support the marketing team in planning and implementing marketing campaigns for prospective clients.
- Assist with the production of marketing materials and collateral.
Open Opportunities: 10 part time office staffs in a tech company
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
- Contract Duration: 2 months
- Compensation: P1,000 / day
- Requirements: At least 3rd year college / university level, good moral character
